At L'ange, we want you to love your hair journey; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and print it directly from your browser or email confirmation.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
